Crispy Croissant with Cottage cheese & HOT HONEY

Ingredients:

  • 1 large croissant
  • 3 tablespoons cottage cheese (or whipped cottage cheese for a smoother texture)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Hot Honey
  • A pinch of flaky sea salt (optional)
  • Fresh herbs like thyme or mint (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:
