Shipping policy

 

Shipping Rates: Domestic Flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $75. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $75.

Delivery Times: Standard shipping within Australia takes 4–6 business days.

Tracking: All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive your tracking info by email once your order is on its way.

Delivery Area: We currently ship Australia-wide only.

Pre-Orders & Out of Stock: If your order includes a pre-order or out-of-stock item, your whole order will be shipped together when everything is available.

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please do not throw away the parcel or any packaging. Take clear photos and email us at hello@sokapantry.com.au so we can help sort it out.

Public Holidays & Delays: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays or busy periods—we appreciate your patience!
